Information you provide

Enquiry or booking details can include your name, email, phone, address, service, preferred date and notes. Provide only information relevant to the job.

Payments and service messages

Cards are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are entered on Stripe checkout, not stored in our website’s booking record. We retain booking references, payment references and payment status.

We may use Make.com and connected email services to notify our team and send service messages. Providers may process information outside Australia. A booking does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

Questions and corrections

Call 1300 149 737 to ask about your information, request a correction or raise a privacy concern. Quote your booking reference if possible. We may need to verify your request.

Keeping information secure

Access is limited to people and providers who need it to handle the request. Retention and deletion are managed according to operational and applicable legal requirements.
