Book the work your property needs
Before booking, check the pest treatment and carpet-cleaning requirements for your property with your property manager. Tell us the deadline, access arrangements and whether the property will be empty.
Carpet cleaning applies to the selected carpeted areas only. Lounges, hallways, stairs and common areas are separate extras where shown. Flea treatment is an optional $65 add-on; it is not automatically included in the base package.

Choose extras before checkout
Tell us about unusual stains, heavy soiling, access limitations or areas outside the package. We confirm the final scope and price before work starts.
- Lounge, hallway, study, common area or staircase: priced for your property type.
- Vacuuming: $5 per selected room.
- Long-lease surcharge (over 18 months): $15 per selected room.
- Flea/pet treatment: $65.

Important limits to understand
A pest-and-carpet package is not a complete bond clean. It does not guarantee a bond refund, agent approval or removal of every stain. Check the exact work requested and discuss any concerns before booking.
Questions before you book
Is flea treatment included?
It is a separate $65 extra in the package calculator. Select it if needed and confirm the scope with us.
Are all carpeted areas included?
The selected bedrooms form the base package. Other areas are added according to the options shown.
Can I book close to key handover?
Include the deadline and call if timing is tight. A preferred date is not confirmed until we check availability.
