A visual inspection looks for signs of termite activity and conditions warranting attention in accessible areas. Tell us if you have noticed mud-like material, timber damage or other changes.
We discuss what can be accessed safely and record findings and limitations in the report. An inspection is a snapshot of the areas inspected on the day; it cannot guarantee concealed activity is absent or termites will never enter the property.
May include interior areas, roof spaces and subfloors, subject to scope and safe access.
Tell us about outbuildings, fences or stored timber you want considered. Confirm the areas included.
Observed moisture, timber contact or access restrictions can inform the report and recommendations.
We provide a written account of the inspection, findings and recommendations. Ask about reporting timeframes when booking, particularly if you have a deadline.
If a concern is found, further inspection or treatment may be recommended and quoted separately. The inspection fee is not the price of termite treatment or an ongoing management system.
Include your address, property type, access details, previous termite reports and what prompted the inspection. If you suspect current activity, call to discuss the situation.
For a property purchase, explain the purpose and deadlines before paying. Confirm that the service meets your specific needs; a termite inspection is not automatically a combined building-and-pest report.
